Hyderabad, Jul 31 (ANI): The upcoming movie, ‘Satyameva Jayate’ starring John Abraham has landed in a legal trouble after leaders of Shia sect filed a complaint against its ‘matam’ song which shows the Muslim religion in a wrong light. Moulana Nisar Hyder, Shia Community head said, “We want the scenes showing John Abraham doing ‘matam’ be cut as they have hurt the sentiments of Shia followers.” V Satyanarayana, DCP South Zone said, “In Hyderabad’s old city all Shia elders, religious scholars came together and showed through a protest that in the upcoming movie Satyameva Jayate’s song, some scenes seem to have hurt the sentiments of Shia sect. The ‘artificial’ matam also connects itself with violence. We are registering an FIR in the case.”
