New Delhi, Jul 17 (ANI): Union Law Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad stressed that the obligation to run the judicial system must rest only & only with the judiciary. Prasad attended the Auditorium of Indian Society of International Law and discussed about judiciary. While addressing the event he said, “A free judicial system is essential for democracy. It is the duty of the government to give assistance & infrastructure but the obligation to run the judicial system must rest only and only with the judiciary. If there is a need for accountability in all forms of government there is also a need for considering the possibility of accountability on the judiciary as to how the system is working.”
