Ranchi (Jharkhand), Jul 18 (ANI): Opposition parties in Jharkhand led by former Chief Minister and Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) leader Hemant Soren protested against amendments in Land Acquisition Act, 2013 bill. The protest was held outside Vidhan Sabha on Wednesday. The amendments in the act empowered the state to waive social impact assessment for acquiring land for government’s developmental projects.
