New Delhi, Jul 26 (ANI): Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia expressed sadness over system failure after three sisters died in Mandawali and pulled the Integrated Child Development Services (ICDS) on its failure to provide them help. He said, “We are taking steps to help the family financially on an immediate basis as I have ordered disaster management to provide them with Rs 25,000. We are admitting mother of the three girls in the hospital and we will do everything to provide her the best treatment. I will try to provide them finance through Chief Minister’s funds after their father arrives. Our system has failed, I have sought report from ICDS (Integrated Child Development Services) that were these people on our records? If yes then why these girls were not helped?” Three girls died in Mandawali due to starvation.
