New Delhi, Jul 19 (ANI): While interacting with the villagers across the country through video conferencing, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said, “For the first time, various villages now have access to electricity. For years, villagers were living in the darkness and might have never thought about getting electricity. People who have never seen darkness will never understand how it feels when darkness is replaced with light”.
