Mirzapur (UP), Jul 15 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday slammed opposition parties by saying that they are shedding crocodile tears for farmers. He asked, why did they not see irrigation projects which were left incomplete throughout the nation, during their tenure.
