Kolkata, Jul 09 (ANI): Union Railway Minister Piyush Goyal on the punctuality of railways said that it continues because of lack of planning by former governments and railway ministers before 2014. “Former railway minister and governments did not invest adequate capital to invest, therefore stalling the projects”, said Piyush Goyal during a press conference.
