New Delhi, Jul 22 (ANI): After the Congress Working Committee Meeting, All India Congress Committee (AICC) General Secretary Ashok Gehlot announced that Congress President Rahul Gandhi has been authorised to form election campaign committee and take decisions on pre-poll and post-poll alliance.
