Bikaner (Rajasthan), Jul 22 (ANI): Heavy rain since Sunday morning left railway tracks and low lying levels of the city water-logged in Bikaner throwing normal life out of gear. Platforms of the station and areas surrounding District Collector’s office were submerged under water. Municipal Corporation’s lackadaisical approach at cleaning the drains led to the formation of sludge which has increased the problems of the people.
