Hebbal (Karnataka), Jul 31 (ANI): A policeman was caught on camera hitting pedestrians crossing a street, allegedly in a drunken state in Hebbal area of Bangalore in Karnataka on Monday night. He was seen hitting pedestrians with a stick and causing hindrance to the traffic. People crossing the street were panicking as the policeman waved his stick recklessly.
