Guwahati (Assam), Jul 30 (ANI): Incessant rains in many parts of the Assam’s Guwahati led to water-logging on several roads hampering traffic movement. Locals faced difficulty as water flooded the roads. Water rose to knee-length level creating flood-like situations. Rains created difficulty as traffic problems cropped up owing to water logging. Water levels on roads made it difficult for locals to abide by their regular chores.
