Siliguri (West Bengal), Jul 08 (ANI): Tea garden workers under the banner of Joint Forum protested against Terai Indian Planters Association (TIPA). The protest was held outside their office at Matigara near Siliguri. They demanded immediate implementation of Minimum Wage Act replacing negotiation system. While conglomeration of Trade Unions has announced month-long agitation and 3-day strike, the entrepreneurs have to suffer loss due to the strike.
