Shillong (Meghalaya), Jul 10 (ANI): Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh attended 67th plenary North Eastern Council on Tuesday. Present at the event, he said, “Through Self-Help Groups, target of increase in income and employment generation can be achieved. I have experienced the success stories of Self Help Group have come into highlight not only in North-East but in rest of the country as well”.
