Mumbai, Jul 10 (ANI): Tulsi Lake started overflowing on Monday after heavy rains lashed in Mumbai. The overflowing of the Tusli Lake will help Mumbaikars deal with the water woes to some extent. Heavy rain have been lashing Mumbai, leaving large parts of the city waterlogged. Tulsi is among the smallest lakes supplying water to Mumbai.
