Tikamgarh (MP), Jul 26 (ANI): A pregnant woman was carried on cot by her family members to reach the district hospital. The woman was having labour pains. Her family members urged hospital authorities to send ambulance to take her to hospital. But the ambulance could not reach the village due to flooded streets and water-logging.
