Silvassa (Dadra and Nagar Haveli), Jul 07 (ANI): A fisherman stranded in river, was rescued with the help of locals in Dadra and Nagar Haveli’s capital Silvassa. The fisherman was stranded after water level of the river suddenly increased while he was fishing.
