Valsad (Gujarat), Jul 24 (ANI): Locals in a village of Valsad district have to risk their lives crossing river to reach their destination due to absence of a bridge. Locals use tyre tubes of truck and inflated plastic bags to sail through the overflowing Nar River to reach Birju Para and Varla Para. Valsad District Collector, C. R. Kharsan said, “The area has seen heavy rain in past few days. We have prepared a proposal to build a bridge over Nar River and it will be sent to the government soon.”
