Sambalpur (Odisha), Jul 23 (ANI): A senior citizen, who was stranded in a flooded river in Odisha’s Sambalpur, was rescued by Odisha Disaster Rapid Action Force (ODRAF). Heavy rainfall in Odisha has left several parts of state battered with flash floods and heavy water logging. Rescue teams and ODRAF personnel have been deployed to help the people.
