New Delhi, Jul 06 (ANI): President Ram Nath Kovind met Bhutanese Prime Minster Tshering Tobgay at Rashtrapati Bhavan in the national capital on Friday. Bhutanese Prime Minster arrived in Delhi yesterday and was received by Union Minister of State for External Affairs General (retd) VK Singh. PM Tobgay is on a 3-day visit to India.
