Shillong (Meghalaya), Jul 10 (ANI): Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh attended 67th plenary North Eastern Council on Tuesday. Present at the event, he said, “We need to identify specific development areas and chalk out a plan with effective and time bound implementation”.
