New Delhi, Jul 21 (ANI): Taking a stand against the Opposition’s no-confidence motion in the Lok Sabha on Friday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said, “Congress spoke about Doklam. Usually you should not speak about subjects that you don’t know about. When India was doing what it could about Doklam, talks were on with the Chinese envoy over there. Are foreign relations not serious enough? Can childish behaviour prevail everywhere?.”
