Kishtwar (Jammu and Kashmir), Aug 21 (ANI): At least 13 people were killed after a vehicle plunged into river Chenab in Jammu and Kashmir’s Kishtwar on Tuesday. The vehicle was carrying Machail Mata devotees. The vehicle could not be recovered from the river.
