New Delhi, Aug 16 (ANI): Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar on Thursday mourned Atal Bihari Vajpayee’s demise. He showed his affection towards the former Prime Minister by saying that he was an institution in himself. He added that he got inspiration from his mesmerising poems.
