Hyderabad/ Mumbai, Thane (Maharashtra), Aug 30 (ANI): After the Supreme Court ordered that the arrested activists should be kept under house arrest till September 6, the Pune Police brought back activists Varavara Rao, Arun Ferreira and Venon Gonsalves to their homes. Varavara Rao returned back to his residence in Hyderabad, while activists Venon Gonsalves and Arun Ferreira returned back to residence in Mumbai and Thane respectively. On Wednesday, police had demanded 14 days’ police custody of three activists Varavara Rao, Vernon Gonsalves and Arun Ferreira, but Pune court directed police to send the arrested activists to their home as Supreme Court had ordered their house arrests. Police arrested the activists in connection with an FIR lodged following the ‘Elgaar Parishad’ conclave held in Pune on December 31 last year that had triggered violence at Koregaon-Bhima village
