Rajouri (Jammu & Kashmir), Aug 06 (ANI): The Centre built individual and community bunkers along with bunkers for school students to ensure their safety during unwarranted shelling along the Line of Control (LoC). This move is to ensure that daily life and education is not disrupted in areas surrounding the borders. 102 bunkers have already been completed in areas such as Nowshera sector of Rajouri. Locals term this is as a major relief for the residents living near border areas, especially at the time of ceasefire violation by Pakistan. Such violations had caused people to migrate, leaving their homes and land behind to safer locations. Residents now have concrete bunkers for their safety. District administration has taken initiative for community bunkers along with government schools.
