Chandigarh, Aug 16 (ANI): Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Raman Singh remembered Governor Balram Das Tandon on his demise. Balram Das Tandon died on August 14 in Raipur due to age related illness at the age of 90. “A man with wisdom and extra-ordinary administrative skills, his contribution in the state during his tenure can never be undermined”, said Raman Singh.
