Patna (Bihar), Aug 26 (ANI): Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar tied rakhi to a tree on the occasion of Raksha Bandhan on Sunday. Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi also tied rakhi to the tree. They were accompanied by various government officials. The CM also planted a tree on the occasion.
