New Delhi, Aug 29 (ANI): In an exclusive interview to ANI, Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley cleared the singing of Rafale Deal and said Contract Negotiation Committee (CNC) and Price Negotiation Committee (PNC) took 14 months to finally produce the contract and terms more favorable than 2007. He added once a contract is finalised, before it is executed, it goes to Cabinet Committee on Security (CCS). He further questioned, “Is Rahul Gandhi aware CCS approves it?”
