New Delhi, Aug 09 (ANI): Devotees, on Thursday, offer prayers at Shiv Mandir on the occasion of Shivaratri. Shivratri is considered as the most auspicious day in the month-long ‘Sawan’. Special arrangements have been made in temple for the devotees this month. The temple witnesses four times the number of devotees during this holy month.
