Latehar (Jharkhand), Aug 01 (ANI): A dreaded Naxal with a bounty of Rs 3 lakh on his head, surrendered before the police in Latehar on Tuesday. The police welcomed his decision by offering him sweets and flower bouquet. “The mesaage is going clear that it is safe to surrender rather than being killed in gun battle”, said Palamu DIG Vipul Shukla. The Naxal was accompanied by his family.
