Drive launched to make Mumbai beggar-free, curb child-trafficking

Mumbai, Aug 06 (ANI): A non-governmental organisation (NGO) in Mumbai has launched a campaign to make the city beggar-free and bring an end to child-trafficking. As a part of the initiative launched, beggars are identified and rehabilitated in two shelter homes in the region. The group held an awareness campaign at the city’s popular Mumbai Central railway station with an aim to educate the residents and daily commuters about the cons of giving money to beggars.
