New Delhi, Aug 10 (ANI): World Biofuel Day was inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the national capital on Friday. Present at the event, Union Minister of Petroleum & Natural Gas, Dharmendra Pradhan said, “Ethanol blending programme was started by Former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee. It however, got delayed between 2004 and 2014.”
