Palakkad (Kerala), Aug 10 (ANI): Flood like situations are cropping up in Kerala’s Palakkad after water levels rose to dangerous levels in the city on Thursday. Relentless rains have caused tremendous trouble and danger to the locals of Kerala who have been facing water flooding. Rain water is entering low-lying residential areas and bridges have also submerged under water in the state. At least 20 people have died in the state so far in flooding and landslides following heavy and incessant rains.
