New Delhi, Aug 07 (ANI): Heavy rains lashed parts of the national capital on Tuesday afternoon providing respite from the heat. However, incessant rainfall left the city reeling from water logging at various parts. The rains come as a big sigh of relief for the residents of Delhi, who were facing an intense heat. The temperature dropped to 28 degree Celsius.
