Udhampur (Jammu and Kashmir), Aug 29 (ANI): Jammu-Srinagar National Highway was closed on Wednesday after massive landslides in Udhampur’s Kheri area. Intermittent rains are triggering massive landslides in the region. The 270-km highway is the only all-weather road linking Kashmir with rest of the country. The road clearance operation is in full swing and administration is trying to resume highway traffic in the shortest possible time. On Sunday also the highway was closed in Ramban district due to the landslides.
