Alappuzha /Thrissur (Kerala), Aug 19 (ANI): As Kerala is struggling with flood situation due to havoc created by incessant rains, rescue and relief operations in the state are underway. Wing Commander Prasanth of Garud Special Force of Indian Air Force rescued a toddler from rooftop in flood-hit town in Kerala’s Alappuzha. In Kerala’s Thrissur the National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) team rescued a pregnant woman from Alappad village. The devastating floods in the state have claimed over 324 lives in Kerala.
