Wayanad (Kerala), Aug 10 (ANI): Heavy rainfall triggering flash floods in parts of Kerala and has adversely affected lives in the state. All five floodgates of Idukki dam have been opened. Indian armed forces and natural disaster response teams have been deployed for rescue operations.
