New Delhi, Aug 04 (ANI): Kerala House witnessed a high drama on Saturday, after a man tried to entered Kerala House in the national capital with a knife. He was immediately restrained and handed over to the police. Chief Minister Office (CMO) sources said it’s suspected that the attacker is of unsound mind. However, the police says, ‘The man is 80% mentally unstable & has been sent to Institute of Human Behaviour and Allied Sciences’.
