Lucknow (UP), Aug 04 (ANI): Incessant rains in many parts of the Uttar Pradesh’s Lucknow led to water-logging on several roads hampering traffic movement. Water rose to knee-length level creating flood-like situation. Rains created difficulty as traffic problems cropped up owing to water-logging. Water levels on roads made it difficult for locals to abide by their regular chores.
