Patna (Bihar), Aug 05 (ANI): Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Sunday reacted on Muzaffarpur shelter home case by saying that no culprit in the heinous incident will be spared. He was addressing the gathering in Patna. In Muzaffarpur shelter home case, sexual assault of 34 minor girls living in a shelter home came to light. Medical examinations confirmed that 34 out of the 42 shelter home inmates were sexually exploited.
