Kalaburagi (Karnataka), Aug 29 (ANI): An NGO consisting of private company employees is distributing food packets to the poor and homeless people in Karnataka’s Kalaburagi. The services run twice a day, once in the morning and once at night. The NGO is largely self-funded and people occasionally donate. Initially the services ran once a week and gradually picked up to twice day to forty people. The NGO’s tagline is ‘Hunger Kills, Humanity Feeds’. A member of the NGO says, “We will also start an old age home or orphanage after a year.”
