New Delhi, Aug 25 (ANI): Union Minister of Railways and Coal Piyush Goyal flagged off 12091/12092 Kathgodam-Dehradun Naini-Doon Janshatabdi Express through video conferencing from Rail Bhavan. Union Minister also announced, “It is my pleasure to tell you that a final location survey is underway to connect the ‘char dham’ with rail services. It will be a historic effort. This will benefit people over the world and give a push to tourism industry in Uttarakhand.” This new trains launched today will provide additional service between Kathgodam and Dehradun. The new train will connect two important destinations for tourism- Dehradun and Kathgodam. This new train will also bring development to the region as it will connect important business cities like Rudrapur and Moradabad in Uttar Pradesh.
