New Delhi, Aug 07 (ANI): As crimes against women are increasing in shelter homes in Uttar Pradesh and Bihar, Congress leader Kapil Sibal called the administration ‘dushasan’ while accusing Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) president Amit Shah of being silent on these incidents. He said, “The ‘dushasan’ administration which cannot protect its daughters how it will protect the state? These incidents happened in Uttar Pradesh and Bihar so why is Prime Minister and Amit Shah silent on these issues? At one side they talk about saving daughters and at another they become silent on such issues.”
