New Delhi, Aug 13 (ANI): Union Law and Justice Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad slammed United Progressive Alliance (UPA) government on Monday. He said that Centre has finalised the Rafale Deal nine per cent cheaper than in United Progressive Alliance (UPA) tenure. He added that secret weapon acquisition, pricing etc cannot be revealed under National interest.
