New Delhi, Aug 15 (ANI): Congress president Rahul Gandhi hoisted flag at Party headquarters in the national capital on Wednesday. Most of the Congress leaders were present at the event to celebrate 72nd Independence Day. Former prime minister Manmohan Singh and former Delhi chief minister Sheila Dixit also attended the function. Earlier, in the morning, Prime Minister Narendra Modi hoisted the tricolor flag at the Red Fort.
