Chennai (Tamil Nadu), Aug 28 (ANI): Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) is holding a general body meeting at the party headquarters on Tuesday. The party is set to elect its leader after DMK patriarch, M Karunanidhi passed away at the age of 94 on August 7. It is believed that the party’s acting president and Karunanidhi’s son MK Stalin will be sworn in as the party president. Although, his brother MK Alagiri is also in consideration for the position. Party leaders reached the headquarters for the meeting. Workers and supporters celebrated the occasion outside the meeting venue.
