TDP continues protest over Andhra Pradesh’s special status demand

New Delhi, Aug 09 (ANI): Telugu Desam

Party (TDP) MPs on Thursday continued

protesting over the demand of special

status for Andhra Pradesh. The MPs

gathered in the Parliament premises in

front of Gandhi statue and protested

against Centre. TDP MP Naramalli

Sivaprasad dressed like ‘Adolf Hitler’

and protested, demanding a special

package for the state. On August 6,

Sivaprasad dressed up as ‘Lord Rama’.

Earlier, the contentious special

status issue led to a no-confidence

motion debate in the Lok Sabha when

the TDP leaders launched a frontal

attack on Prime Minister Narendra

Modi.
