New Delhi, Aug 19 (ANI): Congress party on Sunday attacked Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) over country’s growth rate. In a press brief in the national capital, former Finance Minister P. Chidambaram said that United Progressive Alliance (UPA) delivered the highest decadal growth which is 8.1 per cent at factor cost since independence. He also added that during this period Congress had lifted out 14 crore people of poverty.
