Haridwar (Uttarakhand), Aug 24 (ANI): Owing to continuous rains in Uttarakhand’s Haridwar, an oil tanker submerged in an overflowing stream on Friday. In the video the tanker was seen flowing with the heavy flow of water. Locals and police led the rescue operation.
