Kanpur (UP), Aug 03 (ANI): Heavy downpour left a police vehicle stranded for hours, as heavy rains lashed Uttar Pradesh. A police vehicle was rescued after it got stuck in waterlogged road in Kanpur. Earlier, rains have led to water-logging and traffic jams. Many vehicles shut down while others were half-submerged. Normal life has been thrown out of gear due to uncontrolled rise in water levels of various rivers.
